All engines are sold as replacement automotive components. The customer is responsible for confirming compatibility, legal use, emissions compliance, installation requirements, and any state or local regulations that may apply.

Professional installation is strongly recommended. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect fitment, overheating, lack of lubrication, contaminated systems, incorrect programming, misuse, racing, modifications, or failure to replace required supporting components.

Product descriptions and specifications are provided to help identify the item but do not replace VIN, engine code, casting number, part number, or manufacturer fitment verification.
