SHIPPING POLICY

Engines are shipped by freight due to their size and weight. Shipping time depends on the destination, carrier availability, and freight terminal scheduling.

A valid delivery address and working phone number are required for freight coordination. Commercial addresses with a loading dock or forklift are preferred when available. Residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access delivery, redelivery, or storage may result in additional carrier fees.

Tracking or freight information will be provided when available. Customers should inspect the shipment before signing for delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier paperwork.
